Any adult with lack of yoga background or varying yoga backgrounds is welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes Prior the start of your first class to register. We will learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga and prepare both body and mind to more advanced levels.
Intermediate Level 1
Aimed at students who have practiced Iyengar Yoga for at least 1 year, and are also familiar with standing poses and inverse poses as Shirshasana and Sarvangasana (head stand and shoulder stand) with accordance to the Iyengar method of yoga.
Intermediate Level 2
Aimed at students who have practiced Iyengar Yoga for at least 3 year. Standing poses and Sarvanganasa should be mastered at this level. Students also need to be able to hold Shirshasana for at least 5 minutes and Sarvangasana for at least 8 minutes.
Aimed at students who have practiced consistently Iyengar Yoga for at least 5 years. Students also need to be able to hold Shirshasana for at least 8 minutes and Sarvangasana for at least 10 minutes. Permission is required to attend.
Suitable for students from all levels.
A session duration is about an hour and a half.
It is recommended to come with comfortable clothes. Shorts are preferred, to enable teachers to easily see the shape of your feet and legs, as they can keep you correct and safe in the practice.
It is best to avoid a heavy meal at least 3 hours before attending.
